Organize PDF pages

Delete, reorder, rotate and duplicate pages in one view, then save the document — without sending it to anyone.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. Open the PDFDrop the file onto the editor. Every page appears as a thumbnail in a grid you can rearrange.
  2. RearrangeDrag pages into the order you want, delete the ones you do not need, and rotate anything that is sideways.
  3. Add materialNeed an extra page? Drop in a photo or a scan and it becomes a full page at the position you choose.
  4. Save the resultDownload the finished PDF, or select a range of pages and export only those.

A page grid is the fastest way to fix a document that is nearly right: a scan with the pages in the wrong order, a report with an obsolete appendix, a contract missing a signed page. You see the whole document at once and fix it in a few drags.

Because every operation is applied at export time to the original page objects, text stays selectable, vectors stay sharp and fonts stay embedded. Nothing is flattened into an image behind your back.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine pages from several PDFs?

Yes. Open as many files as you like; their pages land in the same grid and export as one document.

Will the text still be selectable?

Yes. Pages are copied from the original file rather than rasterized, so text, links and vectors are preserved.

Can I undo a mistake?

Yes, fifty levels of undo with Ctrl+Z or Cmd+Z, and redo with Shift+Ctrl+Z.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, on current mobile Chrome and Safari, though a large document is easier to arrange on a bigger screen.
